This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
β’ Provide procedural support and technical expertise on-site to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
β’ Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
β’ Assist in account development efforts that enhance clinical confidence, boost user competence, and drive the utilization of systems and disposables.
β’ Support product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
β’ Identify and pursue educational opportunities to enhance customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
β’ Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to achieve business goals, account plans, and referral development initiatives.
β’ Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review needs, and prompt reporting of complaints or technical issues.
β’ Cultivate and maintain expert-level product knowledge, as well as an understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer needs, and procedural best practices.
β’ Exemplify professionalism, service, and compliance in all customer interactions.
β’ Lead and support sales activities at the account level, ensuring products are purchased and available to facilitate procedures and account growth.
β’ A bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, is required; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be accepted.
β’ Required experience includes clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support, operating room, or other healthcare-related roles.
β’ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or other highly technical procedural specialties.
β’ Proven ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical personnel is essential.
β’ Strong customer service, organizational, and collaborative skills are mandatory.
β’ Capability to work in all hospital departments and ambulatory surgery center environments, including live patient cases and necessary protective equipment, is required.
β’ Compliance with hospital credentialing and customer access requirements is essential.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel up to 90% within the assigned territory, is a requirement.
β’ A valid driver's license is necessary.
β’ Ability to work in a regulated environment in adherence to relevant quality and healthcare industry standards is required.
