This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Provide on-site procedural assistance and technical knowledge to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
• Assist in account development efforts that enhance clinical confidence, improve user competence, and promote the utilization of systems and disposables.
• Facilitate product and clinical demonstrations, orchestrate launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify training opportunities that enhance customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business goals, account strategies, and referral development initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requirements, and timely reporting of complaints or technical issues.
• Cultivate and maintain expert-level product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer requirements, and procedural best practices.
• Exhibit professionalism, service quality, and compliance during customer interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities at the account level, ensuring products are purchased and available to facilitate procedures and foster account growth.
• A bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Experience in clinical settings, medical device technical support, sales, procedural assistance, operating room, or other healthcare-related fields is necessary.
• Preferred experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly specialized procedural area.
• Proven capability to learn and convey technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate across all hospital departments and in ambulatory surgery center environments, including participation in live patient cases while using required protective gear.
• Compliance with hospital credentialing and customer access requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 90% within the designated territory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Capability to work in a regulated setting adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards.
