This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +5 more states.
• Provide on-site procedural assistance and technical knowledge to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
• Assist in account development initiatives that enhance clinical confidence, boost user competence, and promote system and disposable usage.
• Aid in product and clinical presentations, launch planning, training sessions, and customer education programs.
• Recognize educational opportunities that enhance customer skills, procedural effectiveness, and clinical integration.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business goals, account strategies, and referral growth.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requirements, and reporting of complaints or technical concerns.
• Cultivate and sustain an expert-level understanding of product knowledge and kidney stone treatment workflows, customer requirements, and procedural best practices.
• Exhibit professionalism, service excellence, and adherence to compliance during customer interactions.
• Lead and assist with account-level sales initiatives, ensuring product procurement and inventory management.
• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is mandated; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification along with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be acceptable.
• Experience in clinical, medical device technical support and/or sales, procedural assistance, operating room, or healthcare-related fields is essential.
• Background in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly specialized procedural area is preferred.
• Proven capability to learn and convey technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical personnel is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and teamwork skills are necessary.
• Capability to operate across all hospital departments and in ambulatory surgery center environments, including participation in live patient cases and adherence to required protective equipment, is essential.
• Compliance with hospital credentialing and customer access standards is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 90% within the designated territory is necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to function in a regulated environment while complying with applicable quality and healthcare industry standards is essential.
