This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +5 more states.
β’ Offer procedural support and technical guidance to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
β’ Foster robust customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
β’ Assist in account development efforts that enhance clinical confidence, boost user competency, and promote the use of systems and disposables.
β’ Aid in product and clinical demonstrations, launch strategy, training sessions, and customer education initiatives.
β’ Recognize and pursue educational opportunities that enhance customer skills, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
β’ Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business goals, account strategies, and referral development activities.
β’ Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requirements, and prompt reporting of complaints or technical issues.
β’ Acquire and maintain expert-level product knowledge and comprehension of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer requirements, and procedural best practices.
β’ Exhibit professionalism, service excellence, and compliance in all customer interactions.
β’ Drive and support account-level sales initiatives, ensuring product availability to facilitate procedures and promote account growth.
β’ A bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be accepted.
β’ Required experience includes clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support, operating room, or healthcare-related fields.
β’ Preferred experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or other highly technical procedural specialties.
β’ Proven capability to learn and convey technical and clinical concepts effectively to physicians and clinical staff is essential.
β’ Strong customer service, organizational, and collaborative skills are necessary.
β’ Must be able to work across all hospital departments and in ambulatory surgery center environments, including live patient cases while utilizing required protective equipment.
β’ Compliance with hospital credentialing and customer access requirements is essential.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, up to 90% within the designated territory is required.
β’ A valid driver's license is a must.
β’ Ability to operate in a regulated environment in accordance with relevant quality and healthcare industry standards is required.
