This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Assist in account development initiatives that enhance clinical confidence, boost user competence, and promote system and disposable usage.
• Aid in product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education efforts.
• Recognize educational opportunities to elevate customer proficiency, procedural effectiveness, and clinical adoption.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to achieve business objectives, formulate account plans, and develop referrals.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review needs, and reporting of complaints or technical issues.
• Acquire expert-level knowledge of products, understanding kidney stone treatment workflows, customer requirements, and procedural best practices.
• Exhibit professionalism, service, and compliance in all customer interactions.
• Lead and assist in account-level sales efforts to guarantee product purchases and availability.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree or medical certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support, operating room, or healthcare-related fields.
• Preferred experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly technical procedural specialty.
• Capability to learn and convey technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff effectively.
• Strong skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration.
• Ability to operate in all hospital departments and ambulatory surgery center settings, including live patient cases and necessary protective equipment.
• Hospital credentialing and compliance with customer access standards.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 90% within the designated territory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Capability to work in a regulated environment adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards.
