This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Provide procedural support and technical expertise on-site to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and prompt service.
• Aid in account development initiatives that enhance clinical confidence, boost user competence, and promote the use of systems and disposables.
• Support product demonstrations, launch planning, training sessions, and educational initiatives for customers.
• Recognize and pursue educational opportunities that enhance customer proficiency, improve procedural efficiency, and foster clinical adoption.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business objectives, account strategies, and referral development efforts.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requests, and prompt reporting of complaints or technical issues.
• Cultivate and sustain expert-level knowledge of products, kidney stone treatment workflows, customer requirements, and best procedural practices.
• Exhibit professionalism, service excellence, and compliance in all customer interactions.
• Lead and assist with account-level sales efforts, ensuring necessary products are procured and available to support procedures and account growth.
• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be acceptable.
• Experience in clinical settings, medical device technology, sales, procedural support, operating rooms, or healthcare is required.
• Prior experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another complex procedural specialty is preferred.
• Proven capability to understand and convey technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff is essential.
• Strong skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration are required.
• Must be capable of working in all hospital departments and ambulatory surgery centers, including live patient cases and necessary personal protective equipment.
• Compliance with hospital credentialing and customer access regulations is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, up to 90% within the designated territory is necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Ability to operate within a regulated environment, adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards is required.
