This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee clinical quality and provide administrative supervision for up to 40 vIOP therapists engaged in clinical practice.
β’ Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes for vIOP therapists.
β’ Offer continuous mentoring and consultation to vIOP therapists.
β’ Deliver ongoing performance feedback to therapists, including assessments of clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness.
β’ Ensure that the care delivered by the team is culturally responsive and focused on achieving positive outcomes.
β’ Facilitate regular clinical one-on-one meetings and consultation team gatherings with assigned vIOP therapists and their consultation teams.
β’ Provide clinical coverage for individual and group vIOP sessions as required.
β’ Maintain a manageable personal caseload of clients.
β’ Carry out additional assigned duties as necessary.
β’ PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, or a Masterβs degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited program.
β’ Possess a current unrestricted license to practice in the United States.
β’ Have over 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience.
β’ Demonstrated experience in providing care within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) setting.
β’ Highly proficient in working with clients facing severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high-risk situations.
β’ Expertise in delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, etc.).
β’ Experienced in brief, goal-oriented psychotherapy utilizing measurement-based care.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in clinical supervision or training in evidence-based therapies.
β’ Background in administrative management.

β’ Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in listening and communication.
