Clinical Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical quality and provide administrative supervision for up to 40 vIOP therapists engaged in clinical practice.

• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes for vIOP therapists.

• Offer continuous mentoring and consultation to vIOP therapists.

• Deliver ongoing performance feedback to therapists, including assessments of clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Ensure that the care delivered by the team is culturally responsive and focused on achieving positive outcomes.

• Facilitate regular clinical one-on-one meetings and consultation team gatherings with assigned vIOP therapists and their consultation teams.

• Provide clinical coverage for individual and group vIOP sessions as required.

• Maintain a manageable personal caseload of clients.

• Carry out additional assigned duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, or a Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited program.

• Possess a current unrestricted license to practice in the United States.

• Have over 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience.

• Demonstrated experience in providing care within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) setting.

• Highly proficient in working with clients facing severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high-risk situations.

• Expertise in delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, etc.).

• Experienced in brief, goal-oriented psychotherapy utilizing measurement-based care.

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical supervision or training in evidence-based therapies.

• Background in administrative management.

• Committed to cultural humility and culturally responsive care.

• Comfortable with technology and adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in listening and communication.
