Clinical Operations Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Sprinters regarding inquiries related to timesheets, mileage, and documentation.

• Follow up on submissions for timesheets, PTO entries and approvals, as well as sick time prior to each payroll closing.

• Verify weekly submissions of mileage and hours in accordance with established policies and protocols.

• Review and summarize supporting documents for mileage and time submissions.

• Approve expenses within defined parameters.

• Extract data and monitor peer audits along with bonus incentives.

• Provide weekly exception reports to management with comprehensive documentation.

• Keep track of clinical employee attendance, call-offs, and workforce planning records.

• Monitor training completions and annual compliance for clinical teams.

• Compile weekly and monthly operational reports.

• Assist in logistical planning for workforce operations.

• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and workforce metrics.

• Manage administrative escalation trackers and follow up on outstanding items.

• Direct non-clinical operational issues to the relevant teams.

• Ensure the upkeep of SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation.

• Track project milestones and action items; assist in launching new workflows.

• Engage in internal audits, identify documentation gaps, and suggest process enhancements.

• Identify recurring workflow challenges and recommend solutions.

• Uphold confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in an operations, coordination, or administrative support capacity.

• Proven experience in managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal daily supervision.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and Google tools.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a secure, dedicated workspace.

• Availability to work during CST hours.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare operations, medical group administration, or home health/home care.

• Preferred: Familiarity with multi-state payroll or leave compliance.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting a distributed or regional field team.

• Preferred: Prior experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform.
