This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of the complete deployment process for new clients, from initial technical assessment to go-live and ongoing support.
• Act as the main liaison with hospital IT departments, biomed/clinical engineering teams, and information security personnel.
• Establish and uphold onboarding protocols, which encompass device procurement and provisioning, fleet management, workflow mapping, and staff training.
• Oversee integrations with hospital systems and third-party cardiac data solutions.
• Develop the field support framework, including tiering, service level agreements (SLAs), and feedback mechanisms for R&D.
• Set deployment success metrics, activation milestones, usage thresholds, and site-specific economic considerations.
• Manage instrumentation, reporting, and account oversight across all deployed locations.
• Convert deployment and usage data into actionable insights for commercial strategy and planning.
• Handle contract manufacturing and collaborate with external design partners.
• Facilitate enhancements to accessories and devices from requirement gathering through design transfer and verification.
• Oversee build planning and inventory management for demo programs, clinical trials, and commercial rollouts.
• Assist in clinical validation studies, site activation, device logistics, data integrity, and monitoring of protocols.
• Share insights from real-world usage with algorithm and applications teams.
• Spot data collection opportunities that support algorithm enhancements and broadened indications.
• Provide guidance on product roadmap considerations regarding deployment feasibility, manufacturability, and clinical application.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in medical devices, digital health, clinical engineering, healthcare technology, or a similar technical setting.
• Proven experience in leading technical deployments, implementations, or integrations within hospital or health system environments.
• Direct experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, including clinicians, clinical engineering/biomed teams, IT departments, information security, and/or research groups.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in developing metrics, dashboards, reporting, or other data-driven tools to monitor performance and guide business decisions.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, and clinical workflows.
• Experience in developing and instituting new operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently define problems, identify solutions, make decisions, and lead workstreams to completion.
