Clinical Quality Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough audits within skilled home health, hospice, and behavioral health agencies.

• Ensure adherence to Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

• Assess ICD-10 coding, OASIS, Value Based Purchasing (VBP), Care Compare, and clinical documentation.

• Support quality outcomes and maintain operational efficiency within healthcare teams.

• Report directly to the Manager of Quality Assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate degree in Nursing is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in home health and/or hospice settings.

• Possession of a current state license as a Registered Nurse.

• Certified Homecare Coding Specialist (HCS-D or HCS-H) required, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

• Certified OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months, as applicable.

• Certified HOPE Specialist-Clinical (CHS-C) preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months, as applicable.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated organizational development and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with regulations and reimbursement processes in home health, hospice, and behavioral health.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial, clinical, and operational information.
