This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Direct and oversee quality enhancement initiatives within the ADHD Titration Service
• Create, implement, and evaluate quality improvement strategies in collaboration with clinical and operational teams
• Utilize quality data, patient feedback, and service insights to pinpoint themes, risks, and opportunities for enhancement
• Assist in developing quality frameworks that align with Psychiatry UK’s clinical governance standards
• Lead and integrate Titration-specific governance protocols
• Organize Titration governance meetings and manage risks, incidents, complaints, audits, and improvement initiatives
• Maintain oversight of governance actions, including ownership, escalation, and completion
• Provide reporting, escalation, and assurance in collaboration with the Quality & Safety Team and clinical leadership
• Coordinate incident management processes and support investigations and reviews
• Monitor incident actions until completion and incorporate learning into practice
• Serve as the clinical lead for complaints related to the ADHD Titration Service
• Oversee the review and investigation of complaints and ensure proper handling of complaint responses
• Analyze complaints and patient feedback to convert insights into service enhancements
• Develop and manage clinical audit programs
• Support the analysis of audits, improvement actions, and compliance monitoring
• Track audit actions and assess whether improvements are successfully implemented
• Promote evidence-based practices and uphold high standards of care
• Registered healthcare professional with a valid professional registration
• Extensive experience in healthcare quality, clinical governance, and/or service improvement
• Proficient in incident management, investigation, and integration of learning
• Experience in managing healthcare complaints, including investigation, response formulation, and learning identification
• Ability to analyze incidents, complaints, patient feedback, and other quality data to identify key themes, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Familiarity with supporting clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Experience in mental health or specialized healthcare services, including collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong grasp of clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement, and incident management principles
• Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and information governance requirements
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational capabilities
• Additional qualifications or training in quality improvement, clinical audit, governance, or leadership are preferred
• Experience in ADHD prescribing is a plus
• Familiarity with digital healthcare services is advantageous
• Experience in supporting regulatory inspections or external quality evaluations is desirable
• Proven ability to develop governance reporting, dashboards, learning frameworks, or improvement programs is preferred
• Experience with recognized quality improvement methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of pertinent healthcare regulatory frameworks is beneficial
• Experience in delivering quality improvement training or shared learning is a plus
