This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Perform thorough autism diagnostic evaluations through telehealth for children and adolescents located in New Mexico.
β’ Assess developmental, behavioral, medical, educational, and family histories.
β’ Utilize and interpret evidence-based diagnostic instruments and clinical evaluations.
β’ Compose clear and prompt diagnostic reports that satisfy payer and educational standards.
β’ Communicate findings and subsequent steps to caregivers with compassion and clarity.
β’ Collaborate with referring providers.
β’ Develop diagnostic protocols, report formats, and quality benchmarks.
β’ Partner with product and operations teams to refine clinical tools.
β’ Concentrate on evaluations while the company manages scheduling, insurance, billing, and credentialing.
β’ Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
β’ Current psychologist licensure in good standing, with no disciplinary actions; must be licensed in New Mexico or have a license from another state and be eligible and willing to obtain New Mexico licensure.
β’ Proven experience in diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder.
β’ Strong skills in assessment, clinical interviewing, and report writing.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
β’ Proficiency with relevant software.
β’ Excellent judgment, empathy, and communication skills when interacting with families.
β’ Availability to work as a 1099 contractor.
β’ PSYPACT participation or eligibility is preferred.
β’ Experience with telehealth-based diagnostic evaluations is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with evidence-based autism assessment tools such as ADI-R, CARS-2, BOSA/TELE-ASD-PEDS, or similar is preferred.
β’ Experience working with diverse pediatric and family populations, including those on Medicaid, is preferred.
β’ Interest in developing systems, processes, and standards from the ground up is preferred.
β’ Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company is preferred.
β’ Authorization to work in the United States is required on the application form.
β’ Flexible, remote-first work environment.

β’ 1099 contract offering $60β$100/hour, depending on licensure and experience.
