This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Direct clinical study operations, encompassing strategic and tactical planning, organization, and guidance of study projects.
β’ Supervise clinical project timelines, reports, budgets, monitoring, site and vendor management, clinical supplies, and data collection.
β’ Enhance communication among sponsors, study teams, and functional groups.
β’ Lead, inspire, and mentor study team members.
β’ Oversee financial aspects of study budgets, including tracking out-of-scope expenses.
β’ Collaborate with senior management regarding study updates, progress, resource allocation, sponsor concerns, and overall health status.
β’ Create, maintain, and disseminate project plans throughout the study's lifecycle.
β’ Manage studies in accordance with GCP, SOPs, regulatory standards, and project-specific plans.
β’ Evaluate resourcing and training requirements and implement suitable training programs.
β’ Delegate tasks and ensure team members have the essential tools and resources.
β’ Monitor study risks, escalate issues, and modify timelines as necessary.
β’ Supervise external vendor activities and deliverables.
β’ RN or Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in biological sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, or training, along with prior CRA experience.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated effectiveness as a team leader.
β’ Previous experience successfully managing complex studies from initiation through implementation and completion.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
β’ Experience overseeing projects in a virtual environment.
β’ Proven ability to lead by example and motivate team members to independently seek solutions.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
β’ Familiarity with MS Project and OneNote is a plus.
