Clinical Operations Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Primary Care Organization and CenterWell leadership to define strategic direction and convert strategy into quantifiable business outcomes.

• Address intricate business challenges and assess strategic opportunities.

• Direct structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses utilizing financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.

• Condense complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decision-making.

• Assess strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and considerations for implementation.

• Manage priority workstreams, encompassing workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration via working sessions and stakeholder alignment activities.

• Create business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.

• Report directly to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy.

• Assist in coordinated execution across the Primary Care Organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role that requires core consulting skills, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.

• Proven experience in structuring and resolving complex business issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

• Background in financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and formulating business cases.

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and drive cross-functional execution through influence and stakeholder management.

• Experience in creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables that articulate complex concepts with clarity.

• Capability to work during EST hours.

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within healthcare services or care delivery organizations.

• Experience in a highly matrixed, multi-business-unit organization.

• Proven initiative, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Commitment to enhancing patient experience and outcomes.

• Home internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
