Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct all clinical study operations, encompassing strategic and tactical planning, organization, and guidance of study projects.

• Supervise clinical project timelines, reports, budgets, monitoring, site and vendor management, clinical supplies, and data collection.

• Facilitate effective communication among the sponsor, study team, and functional groups.

• Manage, inspire, and mentor members of the study team.

• Oversee financial aspects of study budgets and monitor out-of-scope work.

• Collaborate with senior management to provide updates on study progress, resources, sponsor concerns, and health status.

• Create, maintain, and distribute project plans throughout the duration of the study.

• Ensure studies are managed in accordance with GCP, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and project-specific plans.

• Evaluate resourcing and training requirements, implementing training plans as necessary.

• Delegate tasks and ensure team members possess the necessary tools and resources.

• Monitor study risks, escalate issues, and adjust timelines as necessary.

• Oversee activities and deliverables from external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN or Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in biological sciences or a related field, or a comparable combination of relevant experience, education, or training along with prior CRA experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in a leadership role within a team.

• Previous experience in successfully managing complex studies from initial phases through to implementation and completion.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Experience in managing projects within a virtual environment.

• Proven ability to lead by example and encourage team members to independently seek solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

• Familiarity with MS Project and OneNote is a plus.
