This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
β’ Lead the operational readiness and execution of launches for new partner centers, which encompasses workflows, staffing plans, documentation, issue tracking, and stabilization during go-live.
β’ Maintain daily operational relationships with partner clinics, focusing on operational reviews, resolving issues, making escalation decisions, and ensuring follow-through.
β’ Oversee live virtual clinic operations, managing aspects such as scheduling, patient flow, visit completion, follow-up reliability, patient experience, provider capacity, and Care Coordinator coverage.
β’ Manage resource utilization concerning provider capacity, appointment availability, Care Coordinator time, and staffing coverage post-launch.
β’ Enhance patient acquisition and retention by optimizing referral practices, monitoring funnel performance, identifying drop-off points, and increasing referral-to-visit conversion rates.
β’ Supervise and mentor Care Coordinators by managing workload distribution, providing performance feedback, planning for coverage, offering escalation support, and executing workflows.
β’ Develop scalable systems, dashboards, SOPs, automations, reporting routines, and AI-assisted workflows.
β’ Collaborate with implementation teams, medical leadership, product, engineering, marketing, data, finance, vendors, and partner clinic teams to resolve issues and foster growth.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in telehealth, FQHC, multi-site ambulatory care, practice management, implementation, care coordination, or multi-site service delivery.
β’ Proven experience managing clinic performance, ensuring launch readiness, nurturing partner relationships, overseeing live operations, or executing complex day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple center launches while simultaneously overseeing live operations.
β’ Experience in people management, leading frontline clinical operations, care coordination, or similar operational teams.
β’ Skilled in setting performance expectations, coaching managers or senior individual contributors, establishing accountability mechanisms, and enhancing team capacity.
β’ Strong capability in system building, including creating automations, dashboards, workflows, reporting pipelines, or AI-enabled tools that have been personally designed and implemented.
β’ Proficient in using operational metrics to identify risks, enhance workflows, and drive positive outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to establish structure in the face of shifting priorities, workflows, staffing models, and technology.
β’ Candidates ideally located in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania to facilitate collaboration and periodic regional partner-clinic engagements.
