Clinical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for the Ohio PASRR Program.

• Manage program operations and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

• Cultivate partnerships with state stakeholders and act as the primary liaison for the state client.

• Drive program initiatives, manage escalations, track performance, and promote continuous process enhancements.

• Supervise a dedicated team of unit staff.

• Train and mentor unit staff.

• Monitor staff activities, schedules, productivity, and work outcomes.

• Review clinical documentation, including pending denials, for assigned staff in real time.

• Gather quality assurance data from assigned staff.

• Communicate policy and protocol updates and ensure their implementation.

• Lead regular team meetings and serve as the primary contact for assigned staff.

• Conduct both scheduled and random post-assessment home visits to ensure client satisfaction.

• Enhance project visibility and objectives through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations.

• Oversee financial reviews, client relationships, and the effective delivery of service expectations.

• Prepare and manage reporting, documentation, and communication processes.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of pertinent professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of management experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human services.

• Experience in administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs.

• Knowledge of financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data management and analysis.

• Client relationship management experience is preferred.

• Active licensure as LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or MSN is preferred.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet service.

• Minimum download speeds of 20 Mbps / 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity.
