This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and oversee the multi-specialty imaging solutions, with a focus on sales opportunities related to fluorescence and other visualization modalities, performance, training, and associated activities.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers and internal teams to foster innovation in product development and manage product lines effectively.
• Establish new partnerships with bioscience organizations concentrating on advanced visualization techniques.
• Ensure all IR Managers receive comprehensive training on anatomy, procedures, and fluorescence science.
• Oversee clinical studies and research publications pertaining to fluorescence imaging.
• Provide support to IR Managers, Capital Managers, and representatives during evaluations and closing processes with key customers.
• Educate representatives on advanced visualization and fluorescence solutions as well as the sales cycles involved.
• Assist Imaging and Resection Sales Management in applying the sales playbook and executing strategic initiatives.
• Lead engagements with General, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Thoracic surgeons to enhance brand awareness for Synergy solutions.
• Support orthopedic surgeons in exploring fluorescence imaging applications.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline to assess business health and optimize closure rates and overall success.
• Relay sales opportunities to the Director – Global Endoscopy, Imaging and Resection Sales Management, and Product Management teams.
• Communicate product features and limitations to product managers, recommending enhancements for product lines.
• Gather competitive insights to inform sales effectiveness and steer product development strategies.
• Coach, instruct, and guide opportunities through conference calls and in-person meetings regarding products, sales strategies, and competitive intelligence.
• Engage with existing and new Key Opinion Leaders for local, regional, and national peer-to-peer interactions.
• Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs and tender responses alongside regional and agency sales managers.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in medical device sales or product management is required, preferably in the laparoscopic surgery sector.
• Experience in sales and marketing related to endoscopy insufflation and fluorescence is essential.
• Proven experience in negotiating at the C-Suite level is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% for sales presentations, trials, evaluations, demonstrations, tradeshows, and customer meetings.
• Knowledge of advanced surgical video technology and integration is necessary.
• Ability to collaborate across different functions and effectively coordinate their activities to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Excellent listening skills, including the capacity to identify and address customer concerns or objections.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
