Clinical Product Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Support physicians and staff throughout TULSA procedures at hospitals and imaging facilities within the designated region.

• Resolve unique challenges encountered in the field.

• Assist physicians in selecting TULSA-PRO patients and planning pre-treatment strategies.

• Conduct thorough post-treatment case evaluations, examining treatment processes and patient results.

• Identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement, while coaching physicians and teams towards efficient practices and optimal results.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to offer insights and conduct field testing on new hardware and software features.

• Work alongside sales and marketing teams to educate prospective customers and participate in events aimed at educating patients and physicians.

• Propose solutions to facilitate the onboarding of new sites.

• Explore avenues to assist current customers in providing TULSA to a larger patient base.

• Serve as the customer's voice and help prioritize technology enhancements through relationships with TULSA-PRO physicians and related disciplines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics/engineering, experience in interventional procedures, or an advanced credential (RRA) is preferred.

• Certification and practical experience as an MRI technologist.

• Proficiency and experience in MRI, ideally with hands-on scanning in a clinical setting.

• Technical background with medical devices in clinical, research, or industrial environments, preferably related to in-bore interventions or therapeutic ultrasound.

• Knowledge of clinical, scientific, and technical advancements in MR-guided therapeutic procedures.

• Exceptional oral, written, and visual communication skills for conveying complex technical and medical information.

• Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

• Must possess a valid passport.

• Willingness to travel 100% of the time, including nights and weekends, occasionally on short notice.
