This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Deliver in-person customer support for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment during hands-on courses and training, primarily on weekends.
• Act as the main regional resource for customer education and training on Fujifilm equipment and services.
• Serve as the key point of contact for regional hands-on events and training sessions.
• Oversee equipment requests, input equipment into the internal database, convey needs, coordinate with Operations, and ensure timely shipping of equipment.
• Collaborate with the manager to identify internal resource needs based on the size and duration of events.
• Set up and provide support for Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Examine, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment.
• Ensure equipment functionality and operation throughout regional events and training.
• Pack equipment after each event or training session.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and implement workflows to boost efficiency.
• Assist accounts with the proper handling, reprocessing, and operation of Fujifilm equipment.
• Support the use of Fujifilm equipment in clinical research initiatives.
• Share valuable insights with regional clinical specialists.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as required.
• Comply with safety policies and relevant FDA, ISO 13485, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education and Product Coordination.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative fields is preferred.
• At least 2 years of field sales or clinical experience is desired.
• Experience in providing training on technical equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and other email applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information and professionally interact with internal and external customers and team members at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Capability to identify workflow process improvements.
• Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and identify the root cause of issues.
• Ability to provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal use of Fujifilm’s equipment.
• Decision-making skills to assess the usage of Fujifilm equipment and the type of training required by customers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work on various projects simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Ability to present information effectively to small groups.
• Manual dexterity to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards.
• Ability to stand, talk, and hear.
• Ability to lift and carry weights between 25-50 lbs.
• Close Vision: capacity to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
• Extensive travel (up to 80%) may be required, including weekends.
