Clinical Payments Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and categorize incoming Jira tickets, directing them to the appropriate team members.

• Manage and categorize incoming emails, assigning them to the suitable team members.

• Address general inquiries from sites, sponsors, and internal teams concerning payment status, remittance details, and system access.

• Prepare and distribute documentation related to remittances and payment confirmations.

• Keep precise records of ticket assignments, communications, and resolutions.

• Update trackers and organize documentation systematically.

• Assist with system migration and study reconciliation tasks by preparing data, maintaining trackers, and executing checklist-driven tasks under supervision.

• Help in collecting, validating, and organizing study documentation for migration or reconciliation tasks.

• Monitor progress, outstanding items, and stakeholder responses during migration activities.

• Report issues, gaps, or discrepancies to senior team members.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• No prior industry experience necessary; internships or administrative experience are beneficial.

• Proven interest in clinical research, healthcare, or financial operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems is a plus.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
