Clinical Payments Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and categorize incoming tickets within the Jira system, assigning them to the suitable team members.

• Manage and categorize incoming emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.

• Address general inquiries from sites, sponsors, and internal teams about payment status, remittance information, and system access.

• Prepare and disseminate remittance documents and payment confirmations.

• Keep precise records of ticket assignments, communications, and resolutions.

• Assist the Clinical Payments team with administrative responsibilities such as updating trackers and organizing documentation.

• Aid in system migration and study reconciliation efforts by preparing data, maintaining trackers, and completing checklist-driven tasks under supervision.

• Help in collecting, validating, and organizing study documentation for migration or reconciliation tasks.

• Monitor progress, outstanding items, and feedback from sites or internal stakeholders during migration tasks.

• Report issues, gaps, or discrepancies to senior team members.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems is a plus.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• No previous industry experience required; internships or administrative roles are beneficial.

• Proven interest in clinical research, healthcare, or financial operations.
