This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver and document call center support for patients dealing with rare or chronic conditions on behalf of manufacturer clients.
• Fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the requirements set by manufacturer clients and company leadership.
• Inform patients, physicians, and families about prescribed, FDA-approved therapies following client specifications.
• Utilize reviewed and sanctioned call guides and client-approved materials to convey essential messages to patients.
• Provide HIPAA-compliant feedback and analysis to manufacturer clients as stipulated in contracts.
• Comply with mandatory HIPAA regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate efficiently with patients, families, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and team members.
• Maintain necessary nursing licenses and pertinent certifications.
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and ensure consistent attendance.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
• Carry out additional related duties and align with program/company priorities as directed.
• Active RN or LPN licenses, free from any disciplinary actions or restrictions.
• A minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Consideration for nurses residing in Nursing Licensure Compact home states.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; an Associate's degree may be considered based on experience.
• Prior experience in call center or telehealth nursing is preferred.
• Understanding of call center and telehealth operations.
• Familiarity with biologic therapies, specialty pharmacy, and managed care processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, as well as Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Salesforce, and telephone systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, written, organizational, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to work remotely with internet access.
• Willingness to accommodate work across multiple US time zones.
• Flexibility to work variable hours independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Skill in performing administrative tasks accurately and punctually.
