Clinical – MH Group Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate scheduled groups to provide therapeutic treatment.

• Present relevant topics during scheduled group sessions.

• Complete group documentation promptly following each session.

• Record all services rendered in clients' medical records.

• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and other professional staff to create comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment programs.

• Occasionally participate in staff meetings and offer training on therapeutic services and mental health subjects.

• Execute additional responsibilities assigned by the Clinical Director, which may include individual client support sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications, meeting all facility or regulatory entity requirements.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Prior experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred.

• Familiarity with company policies, DMHAS, and Joint Commission standards and regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to follow clinical guidelines and maintain precise, timely client documentation.

• Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule within one of the specified time zones.
