This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective application of AirLife products across various departments.

• Deliver training on products to clinicians and AirLife staff.

• Execute product evaluations and provide implementation support.

• Engage with clinicians to collect product feedback and address end-user inquiries.

• Aggregate and research product requirements.

• Determine enhancements to product features and functionalities based on customer insights and potential cost or fulfillment advantages.

• Communicate with customers regarding training, product utilization, in-service events, and clinical situations.

• Relay feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Keep thorough logs and notes of customer training sessions and dialogues.

• Create AirLife’s strategic evidence plan, encompassing contracting, budgeting, and the execution of trials, white papers, posters, and advertorials.

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to define product specifications.

• Develop materials for competitive analysis.

• Build and sustain relationships with key customers.

• Offer technical expertise and training to other departments.

• Ensure that customer needs are fulfilled, including user trials or pilot sales programs.

• Provide customer and AirLife product training both on-site and at trade shows.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of clinical experience; 10 years is preferred.

• Experience in Critical Care is essential.

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, or Anesthesia Technician.

• Familiarity with respiratory disease states is required.

• Knowledge of the clinical application of AirLife products is necessary.

• Experience in critical care and anesthesia settings is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Respiratory Care and therapy applications.

• Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities.

• Prior experience in training is advantageous.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is essential.

• A valid professional license is required.

• Willingness to travel more than 70% of the time.
