Clinical Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between clinical systems of hospital clients and the PerfectServe platform.

• Act as the subject matter expert and primary contact for internal and external users regarding integration solutions and clinical workflows.

• Collaborate with customer technical and clinical teams in designing and supporting integration solutions.

• Work closely with Research & Development on the design, development, and testing of the backend integration domain.

• Program HL7 interfaces within the interface engine and develop flat-file integrations using SSIS packages in Microsoft SQL.

• Coordinate technical resources for implementing third-party API integrations.

• Conduct data validation on new data feeds and perform regression validation with each Quality Assurance and Production release.

• Provide support and troubleshoot production integrations, establishing an integration support structure between customer IT and PerfectServe.

• Create and maintain documentation; manage VPN and sFTP setups; plan and execute interface engine upgrades and failovers; participate in after-hours call rotations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical degree and licensure (Associate or Bachelor’s).

• At least 5 years of experience in a Clinical IT role with experience in enterprise-wide implementation and support.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing integrations using HL7 standards; in-depth knowledge of hospital operations and workflows.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, and Lucidchart.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with critical thinking abilities; capable of thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Candidates must reside in the US or Canada and be willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed.
