Clinical Independent Rater – Spanish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in necessary orientation, training, and calibration sessions

• Analyze case data and prepare for discussions with raters

• Ensure that all relevant documents and scale items are accessible

• Facilitate live interactions with raters to provide constructive feedback and guidance on assessment methodologies and scoring

• Fulfill assigned tasks and rater interactions in accordance with the established schedule

• Accurately submit all required documentation within the designated timelines

• Assess the quality of evaluations and enhance rater performance through functional assessments like mock interviews

• Support the development of communication materials and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or an equivalent qualification)

• At least 3 years of experience in administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews, particularly MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CSSRS, and CGI

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with psychiatric populations

• At least 3 years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research

• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications

• Fluent in English

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish
