This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of cardiac CT scans for patients considered for participation in clinical studies.
• Analyze imaging data to assist in determining patient eligibility and screening outcomes.
• Evaluate anatomical features pertinent to TAVR procedural planning, such as aortic annulus sizing, vascular access, calcium distribution, coronary heights, and other structural heart factors.
• Employ advanced imaging platforms and software to carry out measurements and create screening reports.
• Recognize and escalate imaging findings that could affect patient eligibility, procedural planning, or study involvement.
• Keep precise documentation of imaging evaluations and screening results.
• Work in conjunction with Clinical Science, Clinical Operations, and Field Clinical teams to facilitate prompt patient screening and enrollment processes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary case review discussions and screening meetings.
• Aid in the preparation and delivery of patient imaging data and PowerPoint presentations during screening conferences and physician review sessions.
• Promote adherence to protocols and consistency in imaging review processes across participating sites.
• Contribute to developing and refining imaging review workflows and best practices.
• Create internal resources focused on CT interpretation, TAVR planning, ViV, and bicuspid anatomy.
• Assist in training programs for Field Clinical Specialists.
• Ensure all activities adhere to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, company policies, and relevant quality system requirements.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and data security in line with HIPAA and study mandates.
• Support audit readiness and inspection preparedness efforts.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives related to imaging review and screening protocols.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting structural heart and cardiovascular imaging.
• Proven experience in performing advanced TAVR CT analysis utilizing 3Mensio or comparable software.
• Background in reviewing cardiac CT imaging and aiding TAVR patient evaluations.
• Understanding of structural heart anatomy, cardiac imaging principles, and procedural planning.
• Experience in clinical research, medical devices, or hospital-based structural heart programs.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
