Clinical Healthcare Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive recruiting activities, encompassing job comprehension, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screenings, email correspondence, documentation, summary drafting, and presentations.

• Identify candidates with qualifications that align with job specifications.

• Engage consistently with Hiring Managers to grasp job openings, shifts, and specific requirements.

• Implement sourcing tactics such as cold calling, utilizing ATS and job boards, collaborating with educational institutions, networking, and leveraging employee referrals.

• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and present job offers.

• Maintain and manage the candidate database.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical healthcare recruitment position.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry.

• Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards.

• Proficient knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding attention to detail.
