Clinical Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist hospitals and health systems in recognizing how AI-enhanced Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) can elevate documentation, enhance revenue, and promote quality care.

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to optimize documentation workflows and aid clients in maximizing their CDI initiatives.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of thorough educational resources, guidelines, and curricula for CDI specialists, ensuring they can effectively assess AI-generated query recommendations and uphold compliance standards.

• Engage directly with client CDI leaders to build trust, address any concerns, and showcase expertise in best practices for inpatient clinical documentation.

• Present and elucidate Revenue Cycle Management technology solutions to potential healthcare clients.

• Act as a reliable advisor to users, assisting them in comprehending and leveraging the platform's advantages.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, RN, or another relevant clinical qualification.

• Knowledge of patient care and the intricacies of clinical documentation improvement (CDI).

• Extensive familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare regulations, and payer documentation specifications.

• Demonstrated capability to connect with prospects and clients, translating clinical ideas into business implications.

• Skill in simplifying complex CDI subjects into clear, engaging messages for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.

• Enthusiasm for AI's transformative potential in CDI and revenue cycle management.

• A background in CDI, hospital CDI, Health Information Management (HIM), or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with over 5 years of experience is considered a valuable asset, though not mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret healthcare data and trends are regarded as a desirable attribute, though not essential.
