Clinical Education Specialist – West Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Carry out clinical implementation and integration responsibilities for key Baxter clients.

• Foster and strengthen relationships with clinical personnel and nursing educators at targeted healthcare facilities and systems.

• Utilize a consultative method for engaging with customers.

• Emphasize the safe and effective usage of infusion pump technology, clinical change management, and product expertise.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Baxter Infusion Therapy products and integrated solutions.

• Ensure quality and integrity in implementations by following the Universal Implementation Process and in-service scripts.

• Oversee and deliver product training and integration goals through multi-phase implementation procedures.

• Employ eLearning, on-site training, training materials, and consistent follow-ups.

• Use education, product, and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Promote the adoption of new technology.

• Educate clinicians on the use, adoption, and optimization of Baxter Infusion Therapy products at client sites.

• Lead classroom training sessions and assist with go-live activities in clinical units.

• Cultivate relationships and establish trust with nursing and physician decision-makers.

• Relay customer insights and feedback to teams and cross-functional partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Nursing/Business) with over 3 years of substantial clinical nursing experience.

• Critical Care or Specialty area experience is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of I.V. therapy.

• Active RN license or equivalent experience required.

• Exceptional clinical education/in-servicing skills with experience in product implementation.

• Excellent communication, presentation abilities, and a professional demeanor.

• Capability to work independently in rapidly changing environments.

• Proficient in time management.

• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, exhibiting a strong process orientation.

• High level of comfort with technology and nursing informatics concepts.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

• Must reside within an hour of a major/international airport.

• Valid Driver's License required.

• May be required to be accessible 24/7 via phone or text.
