This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Organize and execute training and educational sessions for both internal and external customers.
• Serve as a consultant and technical authority on innovative ultrasound product features and platforms, such as BK Fusion.
• Offer technical and clinical guidance throughout the sales process by showcasing product features, capabilities, applications, and advantages.
• Contribute insights on customer requirements and engage in market development initiatives.
• Create, coordinate, and deliver training on product applications and equipment usage.
• Oversee customer installations to enhance satisfaction and foster strong customer relationships.
• Compile site visit and demonstration reports, providing ongoing feedback regarding customer satisfaction and product requirements.
• Share clinical and technical knowledge at regional and national customer events.
• Assist at trade shows and professional conferences with product demonstrations, promotions, and customer training.
• Take part in company-sponsored ultrasound programs, which include clinical trials, validation programs, research initiatives, and educational events.
• Mentor field teams by offering clinical, technical, and professional support.
• Aid the sales team in formulating sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
• Collaborate with CES, service, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of applications activities with sales objectives and business goals.
• Share best practices and help integrate new hires into the organization.
• Timely submission of demo schedules, site visit reports, statistics, forms, and expense information.
• Assist with system software enhancements, upgrades, and updates as necessary.
• Engage in extensive travel within the assigned geographic area, including overnight and weekend travel.
• Travel to national sales meetings and trade shows across the United States and Canada.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in urology, surgical, point-of-care, or colorectal ultrasound.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, ultrasound anatomy, physiology, pathology, and diagnostic ultrasound safety.
• 80% travel is required, including overnight and weekend travel; a passport is necessary.
• Active professional clinical and technical certifications and registries required to scan live patients in a clinical environment.
• Territory encompasses Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and western Canada; preferred residence is in Seattle, Washington.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of scanning experience.
• Ability to fulfill and maintain vendor credentialing requirements for hospital access.
• Proficient in 2D, 3D, Doppler, and color flow imaging.
• Capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and maneuver wheeled ultrasound equipment.
• Ability to comprehend and present complex information and engage with physicians, surgeons, radiologists, sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and global partners.
• Competence in conflict management, communication of issues, and proposal of solutions.
• Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Required to complete company annual training modules.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas.
