Clinical Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver education and consultation tailored to customer requirements and sales objectives.

• Oversee the conversion of wound care products in designated facilities, which includes clinical assessment, education, and cost analysis.

• Identify, design, and execute consulting strategies to meet marketplace and corporate demands.

• Evaluate customer needs and create tools and strategies to address challenges.

• Develop and present Clinical Education programs along with product-related education for key clientele.

• Act as a clinical and educational resource for Advanced Wound Care clients during product transitions.

• Follow up with key accounts to evaluate unmet educational and clinical needs.

• Collaborate across functional areas within Advanced Wound Care.

• Offer clinical and professional expertise to both internal and external clients.

• Relay customer feedback to corporate teams to enhance product offerings.

• Work alongside Marketing Managers in designated business areas.

• Serve as an educational and clinical reference for advanced wound products for the Field Sales team.

• Stay involved in professional organizations and present at both regional and national conferences.

• Partner with clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to showcase and publish clinical experiences with Advanced Wound Care products.

• Pursue ongoing education through conferences and courses.

• Identify customer materials that support product sales and gather competitive market intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in wound management.

• Registered Nurse or equivalent professional experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Advanced Wound Management Certification.

• Expected travel of 75%.

• Overnight travel is mandatory.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Experience in teaching.

• Basic computer proficiency.
