This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver clinical training to Sales Representatives, Technical Teams, Merit personnel, Cath lab and Radiology staff, Insertion Site Care Clinicians, and physicians regarding Merit products.
• Exhibit mastery, proficiency, and expertise with assigned products in Interventional sectors and related cardiac and interventional procedures.
• Coordinate and manage the clinical components of StatSeal account trials or transitions, including documenting and tracking feedback, opportunities, and projects in CRM.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for designated products and regions, providing support to team members and mentoring colleagues.
• Conduct in-service training, guide, and clinically assist customers with new and existing products at account locations approximately 50% of the time.
• Contribute to the evaluation of new product market research trials and the introduction of new products.
• Offer ongoing product-specific instruction and pertinent product information to clients.
• Address clinical inquiries from physicians, technicians, sales representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Integrate into clinical and regional teams as an active contributor.
• Act as a clinical product resource for customers and sales teams.
• Perform additional required duties and tasks.
• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA/RCIS) in the field of interventional cardiology or radiology procedures.
• A minimum of three years of direct support in interventional-based or vascular-related procedures.
• Preferred five years of experience in procedural-based medical environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyze feedback in a learning context.
• Knowledge of coaching and development techniques, with the capacity to implement clinical or sales preparation programs related to Merit products.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for understanding complex issues.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the capability to coordinate large-scale programs.
• Proven computer skills, ideally in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other relevant software.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge and experience with products.
• Communication proficiency.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.; local practices may apply.
• Ability to fulfill physical and environmental demands, including writing, sitting, standing, bending, visual acuity, color perception, depth perception, reading, peripheral vision, and exposure to occupational radiation.
