This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Evaluate protocols and implement the guidelines specified within them for the structuring, reviewing, and cleaning of clinical data.
• Assist with study setup, which includes the creation of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) forms, edit checks, and overall study architecture, along with validation UAT testing.
• Engage in all facets of EDC validation UAT testing, encompassing forms, edit checks, study structure, custom functions, and integration processes.
• Develop basic SAS manual data review and data reconciliation reports.
• Analyze data reconciliation reports to detect discrepancies and determine any necessary queries or follow-up actions.
• Under the guidance of the Lead Data Manager, generate and manage queries within the EDC database.
• Examine data visualizations and/or data listings to spot discrepancies, monitor trends, and highlight areas of concern or risk.
• With support from the Lead Data Manager, escalate identified issues or risks to the cross-functional study team.
• Collaborate closely with lead Data Managers and other key project team members to ensure successful project implementation and satisfaction of sponsors.
• A Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong enthusiasm for data and statistical analysis.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of high-quality scientific standards.
