Clinical Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and functional validation of a Digital Referrals & Orders (DRO) program.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Informatics Specialists, subject matter experts, technical teams, health authorities, and vendors.

• Analyze clinical, business, and technical requirements.

• Create, revise, and execute test cases and test scenarios.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing.

• Facilitate end-to-end clinical and functional product validation.

• Identify, document, track, and retest bugs and defects.

• Work with SMEs to assess the severity and impact of defects.

• Maintain testing and project documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics Specialists to convert requirements and user stories into test cases.

• Assist with automation testing activities.

• Support healthcare workflow reviews and needs assessments.

• Aid in current-state and future-state workflow mapping and gap analysis.

• Identify and help mitigate clinical risks related to system design, development, launch, and ongoing operations.

• Extensive experience working with healthcare systems.

• Proficiency in clinical workflows.

• Background in software testing.

• Capability to analyze clinical, business, and technical requirements.

• Skill in developing, updating, and executing test cases and test scenarios.

• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing.

• Ability to support end-to-end clinical and functional product validation.

• Competence in identifying, documenting, tracking, and retesting bugs and defects.

• Proficient in collaborating with SMEs to determine defect severity and impact.

• Experience in maintaining testing and project documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.

• Ability to translate requirements and user stories into test cases.

• Proficient in supporting automation testing activities.

• Experience with healthcare workflow reviews and needs assessments.

• Ability to support current-state and future-state workflow mapping and gap analysis.

• Capability to identify and help mitigate clinical risks related to system design, development, launch, and ongoing operations.
