This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Acquire expertise in product, clinical, and software aspects pertaining to the CT modality.

• Integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product data to assist clinicians in maximizing the performance of GE HealthCare equipment.

• Create and implement clinical training programs for end-user personnel in accordance with sales order agreements.

• Provide outcome-focused clinical education and training to ensure outstanding customer experiences and achieve high Net Promoter Scores.

• Collaborate with sales, project management, and service organization teams to coordinate customer training.

• Conduct on-site or remote clinical education sessions to facilitate revenue generation.

• Ensure comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation from pre-training to post-training phases.

• Offer ongoing training and support post-installation throughout the product lifecycle.

• Foster customer relationships through proactive engagement.

• Relay product and customer issues or potential opportunities to management, field sales, marketing, customer loyalty leads, and technical support.

• Assist in enhancing product quality and the overall product portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• At least 3 years of technical/clinical industry experience.

• ARRT (CT) Modality certification is necessary.

• Must be comfortable operating in a clinical/patient environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently (90+%) for 4–5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends, within the US and Canada using various means of transportation.

• Proficient in Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based applications.

• Ability to master specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.

• Required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services mandated by customer hospitals, which includes providing proof of MMR, hepatitis immunization, and undergoing drug testing/screening.

• Must be a resident of the Northeast US, preferably in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

• 5+ years of clinical experience is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience with the GE CT modality is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
