Clinical Applications Analyst I – Resolute

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver advanced support for the analysis of projects with low to mid-level complexity

• Maintain and support relevant EHR applications

• Collaborate with clinical end users to collect workflow requirements

• Analyze, design, configure, educate, and assist in the implementation of requirements

• Oversee low to mid-level projects involving new features and system updates

• Ensure that application updates adhere to best practices and change control standards

• Address issues and communicate effectively with clinical end users

• Convert customer requirements into practical application solutions

• Create, execute, and deliver educational programs utilizing diverse techniques

• Operate under general supervision

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; OR an associate degree with 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare; OR 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare

• Epic PB Resolute Billing Accreditation or Certification is preferred

• Epic HB Resolute Billing Accreditation or Certification is preferred

• Availability for day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
