This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver production support services.
• Offer on-call and after-hours assistance.
• Create new functionalities.
• Conduct workflow analysis and resolve issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Epic systems.
• Provide daily support to both clinical and non-clinical users in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Take ownership of or manage medium to large-scale projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Inpatient Orders or Ambulatory Analyst.
• Current Epic certification in at least one application.
• Certification in Epic Inpatient Orders or Epic Ambulatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical workflows.
• Practical experience with Epic build/configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Experience working directly with clinical end users and stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage projects and issues instead of functioning merely as a junior build analyst.
• Relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Must be a certified Senior Epic Analyst in a clinical module, or capable of obtaining certification within the required timeframe.
