Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and content partners regarding project execution, clinical content development, quality assurance, and feedback.

• Keep up-to-date project and content documentation.

• Utilize MedCurrent’s Authoring Studio to create, revise, and adjust clinical guidelines for electronic CDS workflows.

• Align client orders with MedCurrent’s Master Catalogue and assist with ongoing catalogue upkeep.

• Translate clinical data elements from client systems into CDS workflows.

• Leverage MedCurrent’s Analytics module to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing clinical content and software capabilities.

• Assist with product demonstrations and contribute to the creation of client education materials.

• Facilitate clinical testing of CDS software and work to enhance the clinician experience.

• Partner with the Product Owner to develop MedCurrent’s long-term content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Radiation Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field in applied health sciences.

• Relevant experience in clinical settings or informatics.

• Necessary background as a physician assistant, nurse, radiological technologist, or internationally trained physician.

• Adaptable and flexible, capable of responding swiftly to client demands, welcoming new ideas, and demonstrating a readiness to learn.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across various locations.

• Client-oriented, with a strong dedication to addressing client needs and improving the client experience.

• Background in Radiology or a clinical experience in Nursing.

• Familiarity with clinical terminology and coding systems, such as ICD-10, SNOMED CT, or CPT, would be advantageous.
