This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee the implementation of ActionCue CI for new clients, ensuring prompt and effective onboarding.
β’ Perform audits of client instances and address findings to facilitate ongoing improvement.
β’ Create and manage implementation plans, coordinate client and internal milestones, and track progress in project documentation.
β’ Provide continuous client training and education to enhance proficiency, promote product adoption, and improve the client experience.
β’ Offer front-line help desk support by troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
β’ Adhere to privacy, security, and organizational standards when accessing client systems and managing client information.
β’ Create and update ActionCue CI user manuals and other client-facing materials.
β’ Record support issues, troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and client communications, identifying when escalation is necessary.
β’ Keep internal training documentation current and relevant.
β’ Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs.
β’ Engage in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
β’ A degree in Nursing or a related clinical field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, including CMS, The Joint Commission, and DNV requirements pertaining to quality, risk, patient safety, and performance improvement.
β’ A solid foundation in healthcare quality and risk management.
β’ Proven experience in applying quality assessment and performance improvement (QAPI), regulatory compliance, and clinical risk management principles in healthcare environments.
β’ Strong comprehension of patient safety and quality metrics.
β’ Experience in training and educating healthcare professionals on quality and risk-related subjects.
β’ Certification in healthcare quality or risk management (e.g., CPHQ, CPHRM) is advantageous.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting software implementation, client onboarding, project coordination, or workflow configuration within a healthcare context.
β’ Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong communication skills.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
β’ Proficient in healthcare IT systems and Microsoft Office.
β’ Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
β’ Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be necessary based on client implementation, training, or business requirements.
