Clinical AI Nurse, SME – Part Time Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Label clinical notes within PointClickCare for data entry aimed at training AI models, which constitutes around 95% of the position.

• Offer clinical insights and recommendations utilizing nursing expertise in Senior Living/SNF electronic medical records.

• Provide clinical knowledge and support to the labeling team.

• Adhere to established labeling protocols and suggest potential modifications to enhance the product.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct quality reviews of AI products.

• Fulfill mandatory training outlined by security, clinical director, and HR.

• Remain seated for prolonged periods while performing data-labeling responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in acute care or Long-Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC).

• Familiarity with clinical software applications.

• Experience with predictive intelligence in Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.

• Basic understanding of AI in healthcare and related terminology, including LLM, NLP, and hallucinations.

• A clinical degree is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree is advantageous.

• Verification of clinical license is required.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter.

• Proficiency in multitasking and excellent communication skills.

• Previous experience in data labeling is preferred.

• Experience in supporting and servicing clients with clinical software applications is preferred.

• Technical skills or familiarity with PointClickCare EHR is preferred but not essential.

• Access to a working computer and internet connection is necessary.

• Willingness to adhere to security and technical requirements is essential.

• A private workspace, secure Wi-Fi connection, and no shared computer access are required.

• Capability to install and utilize the designated VPN and specified internet browser.

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary.

• Professional communication skills and understanding of medical terminology are required.

• Ability to complete a required background check.

• Commitment to the contract period and adherence to HR policies is essential.
