Clinical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure that both internal and external customers receive training on SES products and their clinical applications.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all current SES products and any new releases.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the clinical applications and desired outcomes associated with SES products.

• Provide training for sales, operations, and other internal teams on SES products tailored to the specific needs of each group.

• Conduct training sessions for new hires, introducing new products and campaigns.

• Equip all sales teams with knowledge of SES strategies and campaigns.

• Work in conjunction with product and marketing teams to create effective training materials.

• Offer product education for new customers during large implementations within the division.

• Coordinate and collaborate with the implementation team.

• Act as the divisional expert for inquiries related to SES products.

• Partner with divisional leaders to assess field training needs and formulate plans to meet them.

• Execute additional responsibilities necessary for the efficient functioning of the department and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year degree is required in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Certification in wound care, falls prevention, or safe patient handling is preferred.

• Experience in training, particularly with sales teams, operations teams, and healthcare providers.

• Required experience in the healthcare market.

• Quick ability to grasp new products and sales strategies.

• Capability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the division.

• Strong project management skills with the capacity to work independently.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clinical, marketing, sales, and operations audiences.

• A high degree of flexibility, creativity, dependability, and professionalism.

• Excellent presentation skills are essential.

• Proficient in the core Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
