This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with clinical partners to assist providers in making improved treatment choices.
• Create and enhance clinical programs while identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Acquire and convey clinical and technical knowledge to customers.
• Establish connections with administrative leaders, cardiologists, referring physician practices, and key decision-makers.
• Promote awareness and adoption of Cleerly's FDA-approved AI technology and new offerings.
• Generate a qualified lead pipeline through presentations, peer-to-peer education, physician training, and educational initiatives.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to handle administrative duties, customer interactions, and account development.
• Travel to provider locations within Alabama and neighboring areas 50–80% of the time.
• Report directly to the Regional Director of Sales.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of relevant sales and clinical experience (PA, NP, DNP, or RN).
• Previous experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radio-pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software sales is strongly preferred.
• Capability to learn and convey intricate programs and value propositions to varied audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with refined communication abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple interactions with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Strong project management skills while adapting to change and driving solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Diligent, self-driven professional with a proactive attitude and a bias for action.
• Highly responsive with the ability to discern appropriate next steps and take initiative.
• Capacity to collaborate across functions with internal and external stakeholders in various geographic regions.
• Experience in introducing new cardiovascular technologies in hospital settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to accurately assess and understand the needs and desires of different stakeholders and adjust strategies to achieve desired results.
• Demonstrates grit, high integrity, and a values-driven work ethic.
• Must reside in Mobile, AL.
• Annual On Target Commission; $90,000 commission.
