This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the clinic onboarding process by implementing 30-60-90 day milestones and continuing thereafter.
• Act as the main point of contact for clinic leadership, primary care providers (PCPs), behavioral health care managers, and billing personnel.
• Assist in enhancing provider engagement and identifying referral opportunities.
• Ensure timely payment of clinic invoices.
• Maintain a visible presence in clinics through regular hosting of dinners, training sessions/CEUs, and other events to engage providers and administrators.
• Identify clinics that are not meeting performance targets and create customized action plans.
• Function as a subject matter expert on collaborative care workflows, billing processes, and reimbursement tracking.
• Navigate clinical partners' electronic medical records (EMRs) to ensure accurate note sharing between behavioral health teams and clinic partners.
• Facilitate impromptu consultations between PCP teams and Triplemoon's behavioral health team as required.
• Contribute to the development of the clinic success playbook as the program expands.
• Manage relationships with a portfolio of pediatric primary care clinics from the onboarding phase through ongoing optimization.
• Convert metrics into actionable insights, build trust with clinical champions, and ensure clinics achieve significant patient outcomes.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or inside sales within a healthcare services framework.
• Strong preference for familiarity with behavioral health, collaborative care, or value-based care models.
• Experience in a primary care environment, especially in pediatric or family clinics.
• Exposure to various clinical electronic health records (EHRs), including Office Practicum, eClinicalWorks, and Athena.
• Outstanding relationship-building capabilities with both clinical and administrative audiences.
• Experience in preparing reports for executives or quarterly business review presentations.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Previous involvement in continuous improvement or operational enhancement initiatives in a clinical setting.
• Must be tech-savvy and digital-native.
• Experience using digital collaboration tools such as Google apps, Asana, and Notion.
• Data analytics experience with the capability to identify trends and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to take initiative and a belief that no task is too minor.
• Bachelor's degree; clinical experience or credentials are preferred.
• Must be able to travel for on-site clinic visits, approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup setting and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous startup experience is preferred.
