Clinic Outreach Specialist – Sales Cold Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outbound calls to new clinics across the United States, with a focus on Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia.

• Present services and establish initial connections with clinic personnel.

• Adhere strictly to approved calling scripts, especially concerning clinical claims and services.

• Accurately log call results and subsequent actions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with clinics that express interest.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals related to call volume and qualified conversations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance scripts and outreach techniques based on call results.

• Engage in call quality assessments and QA reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outbound dialing or cold calling, preferably in a call center or BPO setting.

• Capability to provide quantifiable performance metrics, such as daily dialing volume and conversion rates.

• C1/C2-level English proficiency with clear verbal communication suitable for U.S.-based clinic personnel.

• Comfort in managing sustained high call volumes and frequent rejections.

• Strong ability to consistently and accurately follow call scripts.

• Familiarity with CRM tools to monitor and document outreach efforts.

• Ability to work remotely with minimal oversight.

• Experience in healthcare, mental health, or telehealth outreach is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel is advantageous.

• Prior experience in environments where calls are recorded and evaluated for quality assurance is a plus.
