This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee practice operations to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for sales, revenue, cash flow, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain quality assurance initiatives to guarantee patient satisfaction.
• Develop and coordinate sales and marketing strategies to cultivate referral sources and enhance revenue opportunities.
• Manage practice expenditures and supplies to align with or surpass budget expectations.
• Ensure adherence to bloodborne pathogen standards, OSHA guidelines, safety protocols, and government regulations.
• Confirm that employees comply with Hanger’s Compliance Program and Code of Professional and Business Ethics.
• Equip practice personnel with resources and incentives to fulfill position requirements.
• Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation records for practitioners.
• Provide direct patient care for orthotic and/or prosthetic needs as applicable.
• Supervise clinical operations for practitioners, technicians, and administrative staff to meet financial and clinical objectives.
• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from ABC or BOC, OR a bachelor's degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics (or foreign equivalent) along with current ABC Board-Eligibility in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Capability to obtain and retain state licensure where necessary.
• Preferably five years of experience in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics providing direct patient care.
• Preferred two to four years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred two to four years of experience in third-party billing.
• Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques and independently lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach consistently throughout the workday/shift.
• Adequate near and far visual acuity for record-keeping, recognition, and written instructions.
• Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and provide instructions.
• Capability to maneuver wheeled equipment throughout the facility.
• Fine motor skills necessary for scheduling and preparing patients, equipment, and supplies.
• Ability to engage in prolonged activities for many hours in accordance with state labor regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Competent knowledge in orthotics and/or prosthetics patient care management.
• Proficient in Windows-based office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, transparency, and respect in all interactions.
• Patient-centered mindset with the ability to foster trust.

• Ability to innovate and adapt to changes.

• Salary range of $110,000.00-$130,000.00 annually plus bonus.
