ClinDoc Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address daily Epic ClinDoc ServiceNow tickets efficiently and comprehensively.

• Assist with Epic upgrades that occur every 3–4 months, including testing, validation, and documentation tasks.

• Contribute to enhancements and quality of life improvements within the Epic ClinDoc environment.

• Aid in module enhancement initiatives as the organization shifts from optimization to sustainment.

• Evaluate and troubleshoot configuration issues and workflow gaps within Epic ClinDoc.

• Document resolutions for issues, configuration choices, and outcomes of enhancements.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to fulfill documentation workflow requirements.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the ClinDoc environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Epic ClinDoc certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience as an Epic ClinDoc analyst.

• Experience in supporting a live Epic environment in either optimization or sustainment roles.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for tracking and resolving issues.

• Strong comprehension of clinical documentation workflows in both inpatient and ambulatory settings.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote setting.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Experience with Epic upgrades and module enhancements in a post-live context.

• Background in Epic optimization and sustainment projects.

• Familiarity with nursing documentation, order sets, and clinical decision support workflows.

• Experience in a consulting or contract support role.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills for diverse clinical and technical audiences.
