Client & Technical Support Specialist – SFTP Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with employer groups regarding upcoming changes to servers, file transfers, or systems.

• Provide clear guidance and new access credentials as necessary.

• Assist in the establishment and transition of secure file-transfer folders.

• Support migration activities that involve SFTP and secure file-transfer platforms.

• Coordinate testing efforts and follow up with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of necessary tests.

• Monitor outstanding tasks, issues, and stakeholder feedback throughout the migration process.

• Act as a communication link between external employer groups and internal technical or operational teams.

• Escalate technical challenges to the appropriate teams when further expertise is needed.

• Keep accurate documentation and provide status updates.

• Ensure a professional and positive experience throughout the transition.

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to convey technical information clearly to individuals with varying degrees of technical understanding.

• Basic knowledge of SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) or similar file-transfer concepts.

• General technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple conversations, follow-ups, and deadlines concurrently.

• Proficient in working effectively across technical, operational, and client-facing teams.

• Capability to adhere to established processes and escalate issues as needed.

• Prior experience in client support, technical support, implementation, account management, healthcare operations, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with system migrations, implementations, file transfers, or technology-related projects (preferred).

• Background in working directly with external clients, employer groups, vendors, or business partners (preferred).

• Familiarity with SFTP platforms or secure data-transfer processes (preferred).
