This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate strategic review discussions centered on outcomes, growth prospects, and the next steps.
• Manage the discovery and delivery processes for repeat clients to guarantee a smooth experience.
• Track account health and predict potential opportunities.
• Engage with clients prior to standard buying cycles to remain aligned with their evolving security goals.
• Reconnect with inactive accounts and promote strategic growth by assessing security health and introducing methods to enhance defenses.
• Collaborate with both Inbound and Outbound colleagues to reactivate dormant accounts.
• Serve as the client's advocate within the organization.
• Work in conjunction with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align client requirements with business objectives.
• Convey client feedback and drive advocacy through reviews, referrals, and testimonials.
• Identify strategic partnerships and build trust within existing relationships.
• Assist clients in visualizing the next phase of security maturity over a 12-18 month period.
• Convert complex client requirements into clear, actionable business strategies.
• Support client retention, enhance relationships, and encourage growth post-engagement.
• 2-5 years of experience in Client Success, relationship management, or consultative sales.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT services, B2B SaaS, or consulting is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and prioritize opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across emails, meetings, and documentation.
• Comfortable analyzing and obsessing over data.
• Familiarity with a CRM platform like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing measurable client outcomes.
• Strong understanding that client success involves aligning with client objectives and reinforcing the value of our work.
• High level of curiosity, strong business insight, and a consultative approach to managing relationships.
• Proficient in using CRMs, dashboards, and data-intensive reporting tools.
